However, the wonderful Albert Heijn supermarket chain has made its own brand gluten-free version of this traditional Dutch biscuit widely available. This biscuit has the perfect crunchy texture and is held together by wonderfully chewy caramel. No one will be able to tell it’s coeliac-friendly!
